Just so everyone can stop asking how we go about ranking people.
Builder - make anything that isn't 100% horrible
AdvBuilder - Make a building that's fairly awesome - Need 10 hours (can be exceptions)
Probuilder - Make a very very good build - Need 20 hours
Engineer - Make an awesome build/mega project, or gain trust - Need 30 hours
Moderator - Gain trust, respect guests, be kind to other people.
Operator - Be very active, learn how to both follow and enforce rules, build on a regular basis, and treat everyone with respect.
Admin - This rank is in charge of worlds and build permissions. Very powerful, and easily abused. We like to keep around 15, but there may be exceptions. These people are very outgoing and are very active on the server.
Owner - Obtain 400 hours or more. (Yes, we do actually meet the requirements.)
If anyone promotes a player to a rank they don't meet the requirements for, they will be temporarily demoted.
By the way, there's no limit as to how many people can be in a certain rank (excluding admin). Engineer and Moderator might reach outrageous numbers but anything above that will stay pretty low. We regulate ranks above Engineer to have only people that are very active on the server.
By the way, just because somebody meets the hour requirements doesn't mean they can be promoted.

question came up while on the server today: can you skip ranks? IE can you apply for Operator before earning Engineer or Moderator?
I saw a prop-builder on today asking if he could apply for OP (ethanSchmidt) while he only had 22 hours of recorded time on the server, else I would have held of the question for a few days.

players should be mod before op, unless an owner decides otherwise
