oh sorry it was a mistake I thought it was him because we were the only 2 able to use cut in the server it appears to only be a glitch or I think it might be an error sorry for this misunderstanding

Builders+ can use /cut I believe. or /z air works the same.
I have demoted him (sorry) and I cant promote him at the moment because I cannot access minecraft on the pc I am using, so ask an op when they come on to re-promote.
